“ Serving great coffee in a cosy and friendly atmosphere. Quite busy place during weekends but new policy not allowing laptops during weekends makes it easier to find a table. Staff are great. Very helpful and friendly making it overall a pleasant experience. I want to thank Girts and Matteo for going above and beyond, as always, to accomodate my custom requests last time, although extremely busy. ”

He is really friendly and remembers customers that come often which helps to create a positive atmosphere and overall great impression. Everyone in Doppio is really friendly and super helpful - for example I really appreciate that they grind coffee for me which is being sold in the shop. In addition to the above what keeps me coming back are the staff. The cafe’s greatest asset. Super hard working and diligent, you never have to wait long to get served. And Girt is an absolute star! “ I had a delicious chai latte and sandwich here while I caught up with a friend. I then had some gelato on my way out, and 2 people stopped me on the street to ask where it was from. Service and atmosphere were nice, only reason i didnt give them 5 stars is cause I didnt get to interacting with the staff much. It was pretty quiet on Saturday afternoon, but i believe it gets quite busy on a weekday lunch. Also, no laptops Friday to Sunday, which means theres more room for people who are looking for a cafe to eat and drink. ”

The decor is as inviting as the people, and of course, they serve great coffee that's always crafted with care and consistently delicious - definitely our fave in the area. Starting our day at Doppio has become a cherished ritual for me and my wife, and it's always a highlight. We can't recommend it highly enough - it's more than just a coffee shop; it's an experience (which the staff should take all the credit for) and contributes to making Muswell Hill the great place it is. ”
